only one in which 20 per cent commissions have been

made in recent years.

I am disposed to agree with Mr. Rose's opinion

that the evidence furnished by these dosuments is

scarcely sufficient of itself to prove the existence

of a Financial Trust of the kind described.

The matter is, I understand, engaging the atten-

tion of the Governor of Hongkong who is in a position

to investigate it in connection with the liquidation

of German firms in the Colony.
